    Consulting "Learning Organization Consulting" NEW GENERATION EMPLOYEE RE-DESIGNING THE STARTING WORK PROCESS IN CORPORATE COMPANIES 8 - 16 August 2022 Today, on the way to becoming an employer brand, companies act by caring about how they are perceived by their current and potential employees. Branding and marketing the employment experience is one of the main goals of these companies. Companies with employer branding come to promote their companies through social advocacy and word of mouth communication by their employees. For our stakeholder, who has been carrying out different activities, trainings and communication activities for years with the aim of becoming an employer brand, a design thinking training focused on the employer brand was designed in order to understand the needs and wishes of the new generation. The participants were selected from the people in the 1-month summer internship program as young professionals and their experiences in the institution. With the applied Design Thinking training designed, it was aimed for the participants to develop the experience of the company on the way of becoming an employer brand and to present their ideas. By keeping the idea and experience development process under the heading of communication, it was planned to produce outputs that would support the company's visibility activities, and in this focus, "How can the company become a more interesting workplace?" and “how to transfer the awareness of the company to university students and young professionals?” sought answers to questions. During the Design Thinking training process, participants consisting of 25 interns from 12 different universities, 12 different departments and 15 different departments; In the company of moderators and facilitators, they brought different solutions to the problem they defined within the scope of "Employer Branding" in teams. By adapting Design Thinking training as a compact process, first understanding, empathy and problem definition; It consisted of different stages and team work, followed by idea development and prototype, and finally the final presentation. At the end of the training, the whole process was turned into a comprehensive report and conveyed to the stakeholder.

    Consulting "Product & Process Design" THREE-PHASE ENGINE DESIGN 24 Weeks The 3-phase motor design was carried out as part of Originnovation's product design consultancy service. The design consultancy service, which lasted for 6 months, progressed within the scope of research and concept design, variation and application drawing. The design consultancy was carried out in collaboration with the stakeholder, and was furthered by the firm's opinions and feedback. In the design process, first of all, detailed research was carried out. The history, vision, mission, goals and products of the company to be served were researched and the production line and capacity were examined through factory tours. The company's local and international competitors, the usage areas of the engines and the companies it supplies were researched. As a result of all these researches, an inspiration board was created for the engine to be designed for the company, and design decisions were made as a result of researches and company interviews. The designs that will form the final product(s) with the design decisions made were developed within the framework of the cycle concept and visualized in 3D to be presented to the company. Final design decisions were made as a result of the tests carried out during the ongoing design process, customer interviews and in-house surveys.

    FORD TURKIYE BUSINESS FIELD WORKSHOP March 11, 2023 In the workshop that we realized and facilitated with Ford Otosan Business Area team and Leaders; After defining the current situation and needs with the insights obtained as a result of in-house interviews with Ford Otosan management and Business Line employees, we designed a workshop with the focus of "being a team" based on the Design Thinking methodology. The awareness of the teams in Ford Turkey Sales, After Sales and Marketing departments to work together, is a workshop where 167 participants shared their experiences for 8 hours, and learning together with the shared ones is encouraged. besides freeing up space What? From where? How? Within the scope of the workshop, which we designed on the axis of the questions, we also provided the opportunity for each participant to meet with their colleagues they do not know, to establish new ties and to generate ideas together by taking place at different tables under the title of “what kind of a team”. The outputs of the workshop we conducted with Notidem and the analyzes of these outputs were reported at the end of the process and shared with the stakeholder.

    GDZ ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION WORKSHOP November 4, 2022 GDZ Electricity Distribution's "Electric Network and Charging Ecosystem: Opportunities, Challenges and Solutions" topic, where the future of the distribution channel is discussed and the solution of infrastructure problems is discussed with the question "How can we make the Aegean Region a center of attraction with an e-mobility focus?" Within the framework of the topics discussed in the workshop we undertook, Electricity Network and Charging Ecosystem problems were determined by taking into consideration the expectations and needs of the target audience. ​ Then, a common strategy was tried to be developed by suggesting different solutions to these problems. Within the scope of the workshop, 3 different topics were discussed by the participants by dividing them into teams at the tables. The Workshop, which dealt with the topics of "Collaboration", "Infrastructure" and "Legislation"; How can we create sustainable cooperation in the ecosystem? How can we ensure the development of technical infrastructure solutions? How can we ensure the development of laws related to legislation? The ideas developed by 6 teams consisting of a total of 42 participants during the workshop, which we carried out with the intense participation and contributions of the participants, and the contributions of everyone in the E-mobility ecosystem, including the leaders, were evaluated and reported throughout the workshop.

    HACK4KARŞIYAKA 17 - 19 June 2022 It is critical to make use of technology and digitalization tools and to plan the management of the process (governance) in the most effective way while progressing towards becoming a smart and sustainable city. The power of the effect to be created and the potential to be disseminated will increase as long as these concepts are focused on. In this context, with the partnership of Karşıyaka Municipality and the contributions of İnci Holding, Yaşar University, Katip Çelebi University, Eldor, Karşıyaka Municipality Collective Entrepreneurship Center, For Climate and Energy Problems; We have set up a 3-day idea development marathon with the main headings of Energy and Climate, focusing on the development of Technological, Smart and Sustainable Solutions. 12 teams and 38 participants from different disciplines who took part in the event, which we facilitated, designed and conducted at Karşıyaka Municipality Yamanlar Youth Center, were accompanied by experts in their fields and mentors and facilitators included in our community network. At the end of the hackathon, 12 teams and 3 project ideas were awarded, including an already incorporated initiative Salty from 12 teams and project ideas that prototyped their ideas before the jury.
